Potential Discovery offers a unique new approach to training, coaching and other areas of employee development in the corporate environment, and teacher training and development (CPD).

Where blocks to personal and business development exist, it is, more often than not, due to negative beliefs and behaviours. These are not fixed by papering over the cracks.

 Potential Discovery can help to introduce real change, turning negative into positive, allowing businesses to unlock the real potential in their employees.

Based upon approaches and processes currently used to extaordinary effect in schools in South African states, as part of the core curriculum, a Discovery Workshop opens previously closed doors on individuals' performance, both in the workplace and at a personal level.

Giving Young People Financial Potential

Financial Discovery  is the 'sister' module to PD above, and is concerned with the provision of effective financial education of young people.

At a time when personal debt in the UK is at an historical high (in excess of £1Trillion), there is still no inclusion in our schools curriculum for this vital lifeskill.

Directed toward teachers who wish to add to their Continuing Professional Development,  a comprehensive training module is available that makes it possible for most teachers, already in post to teach Financial Capability as an extra-curricular subject.  All materials are provided, including guidance on lesson planning.

Teachers who adopt this, will be able to achieve accreditation and will benefit from free telephone coaching relating to subject delivery in the classroom.
